holy crap it's a year later

a year later. time flies when you're making other plans, or something like that. consistency has not been my strong suit when it comes to the blogging. that's all about to change.

i'm back. tuning up the long tail you might say- there's a lot of artifacts of me out on the world wide web and i've come to the realization that there is utility in tying some of these threads together. a greater sense of who i am and what i'm doing for the niche that cares.

i work in the advertising biz on the tech side. a greedy geek? maybe. i've done time in the big network shops where i spent my days filling the dev hole for monster brands and their quarterly campaigns and i've worked in boutique's where the work is what counts (as they say).

along the way i've developed my own relationship with, and skepticism of, the digital advertising and marketing game (along with a healthy drinking habit as per any agency rat worth their salt). it's a funny business and i'm going to be posting the interesting bits as i go.
